Game 4 Cal 4 Get 3 in 13 innings
Highlights: Detroit jumped out to an early lead as Alan Trammell hit his second homer of the series off Don Sutton (who seemed to give up a couple homers every start all season). Angels clawed back to tie in top of the 9th, and neither team could break the deadlock until Decinces hit his third homer of the series in the top of the 13th. Donnie Moore went 4 scoreless innings to get the win.
Game 5 Cal 4 Get 1
Mike Witt was masterful and Angels homer barrage, as Decinces hit his fourth of the series and Reggie Jackson his third to stake the Angels to an early lead they would not relinquish.
Cal wins the series 4-1. Thanks to Sabrina for a well-played match.
