ChiSox Remain Hot; Take Two from O's

April 21, 1981
CHICAGO -- Britt Burns (1-0) and Dennis Lamp (2) out-dueled Jim Palmer (0-1) and Tippy Martinez for a 3-2 White Sox win in the series opener.

April 23, 1981 (Game #1)
CHICAGO -- Scott McGregor (1-0) defined efficiency with this performance. He beat the ChiSox 3-0, allowing just 3 hits. He fanned 6, walked zero, while facing just 30 hitters with 110 pitches. Terry Crowley led the offense with 3 hits. Doug DeCinces (2) went yard.

April 23, 1981 (Game #2)
CHICAGO -- Wayne Nordhagen (2) and Chet Lemon (2) hit back-to-back Home runs in the 5th to power the South-Siders to a 6-4 win for the split in the double dip and to win the series. Lamar Johnson also drove in 3 with a pair of singles.
